After running an excellent 800m at Stretford in 1.51.84 it looked like Harry Doran was about to announce his switch from 400m to two laps. He might have to revise that view. Running in the BAL Premiership League match at Hendon(for Liverpool Harriers) he set a new PB of 47.00 for 400m. The tantalising prospect of getting regularly into the `46 club’ might keep him sprinting for a while yet.
