Following some exceptional early season results Liverpool Pembroke and Sefton track star, Lauren Lewis, went even further at the Trafford Medals Meeting. She equalled her personal best at the Under 13 75m with a 10.2 posting and recorded an astonishing 19.8 for 150m, another club record. Both results take her to the top of the current UK rankings. Additionally she leapt 4.54m in the Long Jump, again clear of opponents, and now ranked 7th in the country. Coach, Mike Dandy, clearly has something to smile about. Also at Longford Park U13 Joe Houghton ran an encouraging 800m in 2.32.5.
