H&AC
was a merger in 1995 of two old Liverpool clubs Sefton (1889) and Pembroke
(1890). The club transferred its track and field section to Edge Hill
College facilities in 1997. We draw our membership from a wide area that
includes Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, West Lancashire and surrounding
areas. The
club caters for male and female athletes of all ages and every aspect of the
sport.

| The Club competes with distinction in all types of activity, including Leagues, County Championships, Regional Championships,
&
National Championships

Members of the club have won numerous
honours and team titles, locally and nationally. A number of
athletes have won international honours.
 We
offer top class coaching on a Tuesday & Thursday evenings at the
Sporting Edge track between 6pm and 8pm and occasionally on a Sunday
morning. It is open to Year 6 pupils and above. There is no
requirement for membership other than the determination to train
hard and achieve potential. |
