| Championships 9th January Clarke Garden Rob Berry SWAC, returned to his winning ways at the popular Clarke Garden course. Sarah Jackson Liverpool H was the first lady home. Nice to see a former L&D champion Andy Green of Warrington back running again. After the gales of the previous day the winds dropped and we had good weather which I think all enjoyed the event went smoothly. | Stadt Mores
30 October 2004 On the popular cross country course at Stadt Mores GB Junior International Keith Gerrard created history when he became the first Manx Athlete to win an L&D event. In a good quality but sadly reduced field due to unnecessary clash of dates with both the Mid Lancs and the Sunday Cross Country League. Keith who was the first GB junior home at the World Cross Country Championships in Brussels in March, left the quality field which included National Junior Champion Phil McGlory and Jimmy Boardman trailing behind.. | Beacon Park 13 November 2004 It would seem that we had an enjoyable event at Beacon Park, unfortunately I was away so hence the delay in getting these results published. Many thanks to our friends from Skem/Bound for laying out the course, Leo Carroll for doing the results. If anyone has any photos from this event then please send to me.
