MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 2004-05
Dear
Member,
The annual club
membership subscriptions are now due for renewal. The current rate is £25
for Seniors and £15 for Juniors/Students/Unwaged and athletes up to and
including Under 17.
Please note
that anybody who has not paid Liverpool Pembroke and Sefton membership by
April 2005 will not automatically be
re-registered with
the NoEAA in May 2005 and therefore will not be eligible for competition
in season 2005-2006.
Please
complete the Membership Renewal form below and forward it, together with
your subscription via your coach or other club official or to me directly
at the above address. The club apologises that this request is a little
late this year and we would appreciate it if payment could be made as soon
as possible and preferably before February 28th 2005. If you no longer
wish to be a member of the club please could you contact me so I can take
you off the renewals list
