After a couple of Park Runs in Sheffield in 17.40 and 17.59 Sammy Rashid went to Birmingham for the British Masters Track and Field Championships Over 50 10K. He ran an astonishing 34.23.88 to take the national title. He is rapidly achieving legendary status in the club`s history.
