Our Home Track
LPS moved from Kirkby stadium to its present track at Edge Hill University in 1997. Facilities at ‘Sporting Edge’ have improved over the years and currently has a new 8 lane track.
Young Athletes
New youngsters are encouraged to spend a couple of weeks training at the club, trying different events, before they would be asked to join. Training takes place 2 nights per week, on a Tuesday & Thursday evening, from 6.30pm
All LPS coaches are volunteers and are fully qualified UKA coaches and all have ‘Enhanced CRB clearance’ to work with young people.
