Meanwhile Michael Rimmer was at the televised Birmingham Grand Prix meeting and although unplaced ran a fast 1500m in 3.42.41. On international tables this translates to 3.38.36 outdoors which would edge his personal best of 3.38.91 set three years ago. The question now on everybody`s lips is will Michael be switching to 1500m this coming season? At the Birmingham Games the day after the club`s 400m specialists Nathan Hilton and Adam Thomson ran 49.58 and 49.82 respectively which also translate into super-fast times outdoors.
