Road Running Group

Liverpool Pembroke Sefton would like to start a road running group which could stand alone or link in with the track-based groups at the club. The group could be for any level from beginners to more experienced runners. If you are an existing coach or you’d like to move in to coaching we’d love to hear from you.

The club can arrange full funding for the Leadership in Running Fitness Course which enables new people to start coaching straightaway.  The next course is in Crosby on 22 November 2015.
