Liverpool Pembroke & Sefton H&AC will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on Friday 16th September 2016 at Edge Hill University commencing at 7.30pm. The venue will be the upstairs classroom in Sporting Edge.
All members are welcome to attend, but only fully paid up members & Life Members are entitled to vote
If you have any items that you wish to raise under AOB then please let the secretary know by Friday August 26th. Such items will be included at the discretion of the chairman.
The club is looking to recruit a Team Manager – for the Mid-Lancs Track & Field League – someone who would be available at the 6 meetings during the season. Duties would include issuing athlete numbers, registering new athletes to compete and ensuring that athletes report to their events on time. In the first instance we are looking at a commitment for season 2017.
