Helen Saghal and Lisa Gawthorne raced at the Spring Oulton Park duathlon on 29th April, this event should have taken place in March but was cancelled due to snow.
Helen won her age group with Lisa taking 3rd in the same age group, this is likely to be the girls last duathlon before the world champs in Denmark in July.
