World Championships Qualification For Lisa
Congratulations to Lisa Gawsthorne who qualified for the Sprint Duathlon World Championships in 2023 after winning her age group in 1:15.10 at Oulton Park.
Kirsty Tops V45 Female Rankings
Kirsty Longley running in the Wilmslow Half Marathon finished in a time of 76:50 making her 4th lady overall and placing her top of the V45 rankings.
Al & Sarah Take Nothing For Granted In Wigan
Finishing off the updates from our Senior Athletes with another success story.
Al Grant completed the Wigan 5k in a PB of 18:18 finishing in joint 2nd place for V50. Sarah finishing in her PB of 20:48 was the 1st W45.
