Helen Sahgal continued her fine run of form by winning the latest race in the Merseyside Grand Prix series. Her victory in the Penny Lane 10K (37.51) was over 2 mins ahead of the second lady home. In the same event, Victory Gilbody (44.17) was 8th & Kirsty Mackenzie (49.18) was 25th.
In the men’s race, Mark Wynne (37.53) was the first LPS male runner home, followed by Danny Gilbody 50th (42.18) & Andy Conway 77th (46.05)
