Paul on Cloud Nine
Paul Cadwallader once again lived up to his reputation as king of the hill when he won the Cloud Nine Challenge at Congleton on Sunday, Paul who has been enjoying a successful streak of injury free form was trailing Lloyd Taggart at the summit but his strength on the downhill was enough to overcome this to run out a clear winner. This victory was on the back of his win at Parbold last month and was earned the hard way on this popular but difficult and tasting course
Also flying the LPS flag was Gill Darby  who finished 107. Gill is a regular at this event will have enjoyed her run.

Sammy Rashid

LPS exile Sammy Rashid showed he is in good form with a fine 4th place in the popular Sheffield 10k. The race attracted another large field with 671 finishers. Sammy ran 32:52 and will be pleased to have ducked under 33 mins. This will also please Bernie Murphy who will hope to see Sammy turn in another run like this at Blackpool in the Northern 12 stage on 5th April

Paul Cadwallader ends the month as he started
In what has been a quite month for results I find myself having only three race reports for March and two of them are wins for Paul Cadwallader. LPS vet Paul  today was at Wigan for the Standish Hall Trail race, beating Paul Muller by 7 seconds and Martin Jones by over a minute this was a good win for Paul. Not sure if Paul is in the 12 man team for Blackpool but he is having an excellent spring season.
