Excellent Endurance Video, a must see

This film was made in 1979 and has interviews with athletes trained by the great coach, Arthur Lydiard. One of these is Jack Foster who gave up cycling in his 30`s and took up running. He was a member of Liverpool Pembroke AC before he left for New Zealand and went on to represent that country gaining a silver medal in the Commonwealth Games marathon. He ran a 2.11.19 marathon at the age of 41!

This is a must see if you love distance running, full of sound advice still relevant today.

Thanks Mark Bleasdale for digging it out.  Film
