Mark Roberts won silver in the 400m at the English Schools Championships last weekend at SportCity Manchester. In a thrilling final Mark ran a very impressive 48.40 which sends him up the rankings.
In form Mark also turned in a very impressive 1.53 800m earlier this season. It’s a good started to a delayed season for the middle distance group coached my Mark Bleasdale
