Another great set of results for our very talented u15 girls group at the Mid Lancs at Lawsons Ground in Blackpool today. The team finishing 1st overall.

Erin Frost finished in 2nd place on 12:26whilst sisters Sarah and Anna Yates came in very strongly in 5th and 14th places to ensure the team took overall 1st spot.

In the u15 boys race, Myles Fraser continues to impress. Myles also finished 2nd overall in a really good time of 14:03. Even more impressive as Miles is running with the year group above his age.

James Read and Oliver Farrer represented the club in U17 men. James stepping up again from last week to finish in 10th place overall in 23:04. Oliver also finishing well at 22nd overall in 27:14.

Jarred Nicholls in the U20 men finished in 8th place  in 40:07 ahead of almost all the strong Sedbergh School team. Thomas Harkin, running in the senior men race finished well in 40:25 with Mark Hudson yet again defying the odds with a finish in 44:38.

In the U20 womens’ race our very own Chloe Leather finished 1st, 7 seconds ahead of the next competitor. This placed her 3rd overall in the over 18s race. This is a really well deserved result for Chloe, who has worked tirelessly with coach Mark Bleasdale over the last year. In the same race Issy Rayner in 12th ensured she was in the top 10%. Again a superb performance.
