Tom Harkin continues with his one man pursuit of a million miles in a year with fabulous effort in the Pennine Barrier Ultra 50 mile race. Tom finished the race in 23rd place in a time of 10:24.53 which saw him climb 2600m over 5 mountains, including the Yorkshire 3 Peaks.

Whilst our bionic Maltese falcon , Mark Hudson, completed the Malta half marathon in 1:43.24 putting him 1st place in the 60-64 age group. This was a super run from Mark and led to an interesting discussion with airport security as he tried to carry his offensive weapon disguised as a trophy on the plane back home,
