On Sunday, Kirsty Longley was winning her almost weekly 10K race.This time it was the BeUrBest 10K at Rainford in in a time of 38:42.90 Twenty four hours later she was notified of her selection for England at the British & Irish Masters international Cross Country race at Bute Park in Cardiff on 16th November.
This is a fitting reward for the club’s leading lady whose enthusiasm continues to inspire others.
