Helen Sahgal (18.25) and Lisa Gawthorne (19.36) took first and third places in the baking heat at the Port Sunlight 5k on the 18th June. It was good training for the girls as the prepare for the world duathalon world champs later this year.

Boys win Mid Lancs fixture
50 LPS athletes made their way to Clayton-le-Moors to contest the third fixture in this season’s Mid-Lancs Track & Field league and the boys finished as overall winners.
