LPS junior Dan Jones was a comfortable winner of the Ormskirk 10k in 34.54 with his brother Adam finishing 6th in 37.26, Andy Foster was 8th in 38.14 with Mike Gall just behind in 10th. Steve Lennon was 25th, Dan Gilbody 27th and Mark Hudson 32nd.
Mark Wynne was 2nd at the Natterjack 10k in a new pb of 34.20 which was also god enough to give hims first V/40
